Chasing Perfection in Composite Engineering
The heart of our manufacturing beats in Tekirdag Corlu. Backed by over 15 years of composite material and yacht building expertise, we construct every layer of our boats with hand-crafted detail and industrial precision.
We utilize state-of-the-art Vacuum Infusion Technology (VIT) rather than traditional wet layups. This closed-mold technique guarantees an even resin distribution, preventing heavy resin-rich zones or dry, weak laminate patches. The result is the lightest possible weight combined with the highest structurally engineered strength.
Every hull shape starts in a 3D CAD environment. Wave resistance, leeway drag, and hydrodynamic lift are evaluated using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation packages to develop the most efficient shape.
Once a design is finalized, it is cut with a 5-axis CNC router to construct high-precision patterns and female molds. The smoothness of the mold surface directly affects the skin friction drag of our hulls.
After applying high-grade gelcoat, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and E-glass textiles are dry-laid relative to load paths. The mold is enclosed in a vacuum bag assembly, and the air is fully evacuated to compress the fibers.
Under vacuum pressure, high-performance structural epoxy resin is drawn into the laminates. The resin impregnates all fabrics without leaving dry spots. The boat is then oven-baked for high-temperature post-curing.
Fittings like stretchers, carbon seat rails, and wing riggers are installed. Prior to dispatch, each hull undergoes quality checks for weight limits, watertightness, and air compartment buoyancy.
